Great article. I would only add "Good Nights" by Dr. Jay Gordon (2002) as a wonderful resource which covers, in detail, how to create a safe sleep environment for everyone in the family. It is a few years old but I still recommend it to the thousands of couples I teach and speak with every year in the GTA.

I would add another resource. Articles not only on sleep.

From the day I brought my baby home with me, she sleeps by my side. I wanted her to be safe and I believe its a must to sleep beside your baby. Up to the present, my 3 year old daughter still sleeps beside me and there is nothing wrong about it. However, I thought of separating her to a different room cos she is growing and I think its necessary at this time.

Thanks for all the input and resources.
