Best Summer Ever: Day 38
August 7
Download the To Do List from Your Brain
Here's a simple (but easily overlooked) way to de-stress:
Get the to do list out of your head and onto the page
(or into your favorite electronic gadget).
After all, how can you enjoy the remaining weeks of summer or start planning for fall if your brain is maxed out with to do list items?

Mini-review: Things: Definitely a Mom Thing.
If you're looking for an electronic to do list solution (either mobile or computer-based) and you're a Mac user (like me) or you have an iPhone, you may want to check out Things, an award-winning application that is as elegant as it is useful. I haven't heard much mom buzz about it yet, but I think it's only a matter of time before this application catches on big with moms. It's extremely user-friendly; it's highly customizable; it makes great use of tags; and it supports both projects (multi-step tasks) and simple tasks. I tried out the product for a few weeks before purchasing it tonight (the day before the trial version expired): $56.86 Cdn (single-user); $85.32 Cdn (family pack: up to five users).. There was no way I was going to give Things up, now that I've seen how useful this app can be. -- Ann Douglas
