Is Tony George house sale a prelude to another?

Tony George has put his 12-acre estate in Indianapolis up for sale.

You can read into that anything that you want but I see something even more sinister lurking.

The Hulman-George family owns another, much larger, piece of property in the Indianapolis area, a place where they hold car races.

Is it next on the block?
