Uphill battle
Three perfect days.
Three hours of cardio.
Two hours of weights.
1700 calories Friday, 1700 calories Saturday and 2200 calories yesterday because of wine and some cheese at a friend's.
Up one pound.
Don't give me that water retention, muscle weighs more than fat, don't weigh yourself everyday stuff. I know this old body. She ain't going down without a fight.

Give it time.
In the meantime, no honey balls from the Athens bakery on the Danforth (one of my many weaknesses).
Torture not intentional:

Try the Akropolis. Not as trendy/touristy, more diverse menu, better honey balls (loukamedes), excellent cheese and spinach pies. They make their own phyllo pastry there which you can buy for home baking.

Many thanks. Work permitting I'll run there at lunch some time this week and then TTC back to work. Got to have a bit of a reward....
Your entries and some of the comments are also reminding me to go out and buy Gary Taubes' new book regarding diet:

People tell us to "eat right" and to eat a "balanced diet" but it isn't at all clear to me what that means given that some experts say that steak is evil and to others it's carbs that are Satanic. If they are both right then eating steak and potatoes is doubly awful rather than balanced.

Had another healthy breakfast today, thank you Antonio.
1 portion pkg. probiotic yogurt mixed with 1/4 c. lowfat plain granola and 1/4 c. frozen blueberries. Delicious.
Had a few pieces of cheese w/grapes for lunch, a couple small crackers and 1 small red apple. Wow, I'm really hyped. I'm thinking ahead before I eat!
I'll try your mexican wrap - sounds good!

Congrats to you on your efforts. With respect to the exercise, I think the secret is consistency (frequency, duration and intensity). The least forgiving component is intensity; if you reduce that the other 2 factors won't compensate.
The following snack is delicious any time of the day.
1 cup Silk Fortified Soy Beverage (Organic); it's just loaded with nutrients
1 small, ripe banana
1/2 cup blueberries (I use fresh, but frozen would be OK)
Whip the above with an automatic hand mixer til thick. Enjoy!

I would have to agree with Marky Mark's comments the Akropolis just east of Pape has probably the best phyllo products I've tasted especially their spanakopita...it's awesome. Much better than the well known Athens. Funny thing is they've both been around for the same amount of time...I guess areas have changed and East of Pape isn't as hot as it probably was at some point.
The nutritional info for their products can be found at the links I've included. No Trans fats and pretty good calorie wise when looking at your daily % intakes.
