Hip Hip ... Hunh?

What's wrong with this picture?

Hip
Now it's not enough that Demi Moore hasn't had who knows how much cosmetic surgery, probably works her buns of steel off at the gym, eats nothing and is naturally gorgeous to begin with. Oh no. Not good enough. Not for the fashion world which is making women insane with self-hatred.

You'd think they'd be more skilled with the computer knife though, no?

Ow!, but but... hips are sexy!?
someone earlier was right... art directors are jealous...

HAHAHA. Took me a moment to spot it.

Wow! It took me a second to find it, that's nuts! You'd think if they insist on such a high degree of "perfection" that they would be a little more careful!

Okay. I give up. What are we looking for/at?

I just noticed her nose too. She got Michael Jacksoned.

Leslie, look at her hip-thigh connection on your right, her left. Ask yourself how natural that is and how much was shaved off her pelvis.

Oh and BTW: This is her in peak condition when she blew me away a few years ago in Charlie's Angels.

Notice anything?

She looks like she needs to be rushed to a hospital, just like the guy in this video was: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PovfUz3VOC8

Someone give that woman a sandwich. She looks like she'd blow away in a light breeze.

I got over this years ago. I don't buy the magazines, and I write the publishers to tell them why. A diminishing market (and profit) will smarten them up.

I don't buy these magazines - I refuse to support eating disorders and women's self-hatred!!!

Broadsides by Antonia Zerbisias

  • Antonia Zerbisias has been a Star columnist since 1989 but has been telling people what she thinks ever since she could open her mouth. Her career ambition as an opinionator dates back to Grade 9 when a cartoon commentary on a teacher resulted in her suspension from high school. The principal sent her home with a note calling her "rude, obstreperous and bold." Her parents were neither amused, nor surprised. Once she was punished for being that way. Now she makes it pay. And, because she can take it as well as dish it out, she wants to hear what you have to say. Fire away!
