A Belarussian military instructor trains his Shepherd dog at a frontier guards' cynology centre near the town of Smorgon, some 140 km (87 miles) northwest of Minsk, March 1, 2013. Exercises at the centre prepare instructors and train dogs for guarding Belarus' border. Puppies and dogs, which don't meet requirements for the service at the border, can also be sold to civilians.
