The deadline for my "How Well Do You Know Hawai'i?" quiz has passed, and the two top scorers are Allison Nowlan and JohnnyK. As promised, each will receive a handcrafted CD of tunes by Bette Midler, the answer to question 3, within ten snail-mailing days of receipt of their mailing addresses to dolive@thestar.com.
