Artest on T.O.

Best thing this morning? You can't find it in any newspaper, either treeware or online. It's this Ron Artest interview with Sports Bloggers Live, courtesy of Mr. Irrelevant:

"My favorite part of the whole thing is when we ask about T.O. and he replies, 'Why? What happened?'"

About that T.O. He wants back with the Eagles, apologizing to everyone except Buddy Ryan, it seems (and especially except Hugh Douglas). Over at Deadspin (source for the link to the Artest interview -- ta fellas), they're playing blame-the-agent.

Raptors coach Sam Mitchell may make Aaron Williams his starting sacrificial lamb centre, noting Williams' outing against the Cavs:

"Defence, he came in, took a charge, got some rebounds, played some good defence and I have to find a way to get him some more minutes."

Uh, Sam? Williams didn't have a rebound against Cleveland. He has one this year, in 15 minutes of p.t. *sigh*.

And tonight at the SkyDome Rogers Centre -- professional soccer. At least, the shirts will say Sporting Lisbon on one side, Brazil's Santos on the other, and so far they do like the roof. CP's Neil Davidson reports.
