Jacques Fournier, chief mechanic for Team MINI Challenge, makes some final adjustments to our car's suspension prior to our test sessions tomorrow.
Our new set-up has 4 1/2 inches of travel at the front and 5 at the rear, compared to 2 last year. So the car won't feel compelled to pound the bumps back into the earth; it should be able to glide over them.
That's the plan anyway - we'll know more tomorrow!
