Blackhawk, but not from Chicago

So, what's a Blackhawk helicopter doing hovering over Highway 79 in south-central California?

(And my apologies if I mis-identified that chopper. 'Blackhawk' is the only helicopter I know - it's the one with the big whirly thingee on top, isn't it?)

Can't imagine the US Navy would be that interested in our ride-and-drive of the new Hyundai Elantra.

So we asked the dude holding the Stop sign.

Turns out it was the California State Police, not the Navy.

The dude replied, "Pot farms."

Wonder if they were harvesting or planting ?
