The reconstruction of Bloor Street between Bay Street and Avenue Road which has been going on since approximately the last Ice Age is complete.
Almost.
Apparently, the city will be planting a bunch of trees along here come spring, in an attempt to 'green up' the project.
The signs announcing this are clever.
But oh so cruel...
