And I was so proud of myself for having timed my transit westbound through Toronto on the 401 on Sunday (running from Ottawa to Elkhart, Indiana) to have sailed right through the usual problem spots in The Big Smoke. My smugerifficness didn't last long, as Milton lay ahead. That little shenanigan cost me an hour of travel time. That said, this was my first trip harking back to the '80s and using my brand new CB radio. The traffic was purely annoying, but the truckers, while clearly not amused, were rather entertaining about the nature of people and what could be done to solve said traffic jam.

As long as you aren't wearing the Manolo Blahniks, you are OK.
