Toronto real estate map

Updated December 5.

Today, we're starting a series of interactive maps of home prices in the GTA, broken down by 86 real estate areas, which will get more complex as time goes on.


Median resale home prices: November.

Change: November 2008-November 2009.

very interesting... IS this really home sales, or does it include all real-estate sales?
The reason I ask is the huge jump in area E18, why would that be, small dataset or is including large parcels of land being bought up too?

Planning on putting in more data on home prices. Good Idea. But remember most of us are not Engineers. We read charts and pictures. Summaries of the data and interpretation is what is needed. No one has time to sift through hundreds of numbers to analyze the data, then try and reach an accurate conclusion. PICTURES, GRAPHS, AND INTERPRETATION with the numbers on the real estate maps would help readers. 86 areas you say, hum! And will get more complex as time goes by, Whew!. And the Editor expects me to read all this, eh!
