It's that type of arrogance that Smitherman et al flaunts that makes me sad. I live in the urban part of Toronto, yet I understand that Toronto includes it all, urban, suburban and even those small tracts of farms. To be so dismissive of the other millions of people that don't happen to live downtown is a wrong-headed approach. Hopefully the new council and mayor will get it.
