A simple, sane solution

Nd_coll_fftt_ids09oct08_047Nd_coll_fftt_ids09oct08_061_2We know, we know — you want to do right by the environment by washing and reusing the never-ending stream of plastic bags that come into your home, but you’re sick of trying to dry them by draping them over the big wooden spoon in the utensil jar or lining the dish drainer with them.

Eco-geeks rejoice — we have the answer — and it is beautiful. Forest for the Trees, which was created by the maker of the Nature's Dryer, an outdoor drying "tree", is a counter top eco-accessory designed to fit a variety of types of plastic bags. When you’re not using it, Forest for the Trees ($49.95) adds a lovely sculptural element to a counter or tabletop.
