A vase you can't break

Rubber_vase_3Rubber_vase2 Just discovered these fun and funky rubber vases from Dutch designer Henriette Melchiorsen

They come in four cool colours black, red, lime and pink) and two sizes (4.5 x 8 inches and 4.5 by 5.5 inches). I want one in the living room for flowers, one in the kitchen for cooking utensils, one in the office for pencils and one on my dressing table for make-up brushes. They’re made in Denmark, but are available in Canada from Rittenhouse, a garden supply store that’s been in business in St. Catherines, ON since 1914, and more of whose wares will definitely be showing up in my column soon…
