Painting problem solved

Dorner cornerBedroom Reno - Part 26 - When it came to painting, the curved ceiling on the dormer above the built-in drawers (see pic at left) threw me. I had planned on a white ceiling and grey walls. But given the slope, there's  no natural delineation between the ceiling and the wall. What to do? Continue the white ceiling paint down to the floor and paint the drawers white? Paint the wall white and the drawer faces grey? I finally called My Close Personal Friend, brill designer William MacDonald. He  suggested that I paint the room out — ceiling and all — in my chosen colour. When line breaks are not clear, or curved walls make it hard to determine where to change colour, William says a single colour is the answer. Switching back and forth will contribute to a choppy look and can even make the space look smaller.  So it’s Pure Silver from the Rona Collection throughout. Now that the painting is done, it's on to the floor and doors. I've chosen smoked glass doors - sliders for John and a pocket door for my  new closet (you can see in the pic below how large it's going to be compared to the old one).  So will  I need to buy more new clothes to fill it? John says he thinks not. We'll see.
