Gingerbread fun

Feeling overwhelmed by the rush of preparing for Christmas? Don't celebrate the holiday but want to do something suitably seasonal with the break? There's still time to go out and get a gingerbread kit and have some good old-fashioned, stress-free fun. Take a look at the bang-up job my daughter Emma and I did on a train kit we got from Bed Bath & Beyond. Okay, it was mostly Emma - I merely proving consulting advice, but the project left us both with big smiles on our faces. The family has strict instructions not to begin demolition until the end of Christmas Day - we'll see  if we can hold out!!!
