French immersion fury feedback

Thanks, all, for the thoughtful feedback on the French immersion blog post and story posted earlier in the week.

Opinion ranged from dad "Nathan" who said his daughter's experience in the Oakville French immersion program has been very good, to "Dawn" who called it "Elitism by postal code." (Dawn made an interesting side point, as well, about how the demand for French and displacement of English programs for local community schools adds up to way more driving.)

Commenter "Inclusion" explained the position of concerned Oakville parents very well. Thanks to everyone for sharing your thoughts.

If you missed the story, here it is.
