The week in complete
By Rick Madonik, Staff Photographer
A funny thing happened at this Olympics. My brother and sister-in-law who live around the corner from be back home, were in the same place as me on two different occasions. (Usually I see them every week or two.) They here for only 3 days and had 3 events, and I can be in three places in one day, so that's a good ratio. I'm really happy they got to witness a Silver (Women's Short Track 500 m). In the ticket lottery they lucked out with two Canadian Hockey games and the Short Track.
Other then that, I could write a ton about this experience but I'm having trouble remembering what day it is. Days of the week matter not. The only thing that is of real concern is where I need to be, and when.
With that, I'll leave you with a sample of the last week.

I believe the photo labeled "USA's Pair's Short program at Pacific Coliseum" is a photo of Vanessa James and Yannick Bonheur, who skate for France. She was born in Canada, but has skated for both Great Britain and France.
