A salute for Sgt. Ryan Russell

Yesterday I was witness to the thousands of police officers, emergency services workers and public that came out to pay tribute to Sgt. Ryan Russell, January 19, 2011, who was killed January 12 in an early morning chase. His death left a city in mourning and a son without a father.
