Water Shortage TOPIX

Black-necked Stilts take off from the water Wednesday Aug. 17 2011 at Memorial Gardens Park in Odessa, Texas.  The birds natural habitat is Salt marshes and shallow coastal bays in the East United States and Fresh Water Marshes in the west. Museum Specialist of the Sibley Nature Center Michael Nickell said the bird hunts for crustaceans and other animals that are found in shallow water.  (AP Photo/Odessa American, Albert Cesare)
