Editor's Choice Pictures of the Day - World's Longest Wedding Dress - March 20, 2012
Romania has set the world record for the world's longest bridal train. The nearly 3-kilometer long ivory train, which took 100 days to stitch, was showcased dramatically on the boulevard leading up to the giant palace built by late dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, seen in background. The previous record was 2.488 Km.

Why use a 17 year old - how about someone of legal age who could marry without her parent's consent?
