Canada's Wonderland, in partnership with SickKids, held an auction for the first rides on the Leviathan, one of the biggest and tallest roller coasters in the world. The park auctioned off seats on the first three trains to the highest bidders, who became the first official riders on the thrill machine on Friday. In total, philanthropists and coaster-enthusiasts bid on 96 seats, raising $41,000. (Rene Johnston/Toronto Star)
