Editor's Choice Pictures of the Day - Handstands for Playgrounds - May 15, 2012
Julie Dumont discovered Handstand February, a project started by an Australian couple devoted to doing a handstand — and posting a picture of said handstand — each day of the second month.
The Vancouver native made the idea a charitable cause, http://www.justgiving.com/Julie-Dumont elongating the handstand challenge to a year with the goal of raising money to build playgrounds in Uganda.
Here are a some of the handstands the 26 year old Cardiff University neuroscience student has photographed in various locations.
