An immigrant rests at a Red Cross point after he was rescued at the Strait of Gibraltar near the coast of Tarifa, southern Spain, on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013. Spanish officials say Coast Guard vessels and emergency services rescued 70 migrants who were attempting to reach the southern coast by crossing the Strait of Gibraltar aboard 10 inflatable dinghies in dangerously windy conditions. One dinghy overturned, spilling its occupants into the sea, officials said. Seven men and one minor were plucked out of the water and a helicopter was scrambled to transport a young girl suffering from severe hypothermia to hospital in Algeciras, officials said Saturday.
