Rob Ford will have to face special prosecutor on campaign spending: Podcast

Today we look at Rob Ford's latest run-in with rules -- this time over campaign spending -- and how this is likely to affect the rest of his mayoralty and the next election. We also look at revelations that Ontario teacher unions donated large sums to several Liberal leadership candidates even as they were instructing teachers to protest the Liberal government.
