MPs in testy mood
It may not be a record by any means, but there sure were a lot of points of order after Question Period in the House today. That's the space in the parliamentary day when MPs can complain about insults and slurs levelled against them. It seemed that everyone was aggrieved, and many MPs were angry. Not just theatrical angry, but really angry.
Defence Minister Peter MacKay, with his typical sensitivity, called it "crybaby day" in the Commons.
