"Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion Announces the Liberal Green Shift

Is this an omen of what's to come? Are Canadians going to be railroaded into another tax?
"Once I built a railroad, made it run,
Made it race against time ...
Now it's done,
Buddy, can you spare a dime?" Yip Harburg (1898-1981), U.S. songwriter.

Or, to paraphrase the Bard:
A tax by any other name [shift] would smell as noxious.

I don't listen to journalists (opinions) much, I don't listen to over hype by the Tories (must be afraid), but I did hear some of it today - I must say it sounds interesting.
