See,girls are smarter.

Congrats

I did not get a chance to vote, but Susan in the time I have been following The Star, I greatly appreciate the thought provoking and insightful stories you submit. The problem I find with this newspaper is that you close your comments sections 'way prematurely'. What is your guidelines on submitting comments anyway? Is it by days? Number of comments?

Anyway you have nothing to be ashamed because I consider you at the top of your game, and Antonia's appeal maybe more due to her picture (if the votes are by fans). Susan and the rest of your friends at The Star I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope it is my good fortune to meet you in 2010. Take care.

P.S. If anyone see's Shania (Eileen) tell her Hi from John and Jake.

Stiff competition Susan!
And to be fair - you were off doing other interesting things for quite a bit of the last year.
For my money - I'd like to see the Star add another name to the competition - David Olive - whose blogs - half business half politics - and a third half(?) general interest - as yet another name who helps maintain the high standards that you and Antonia have helped establish.

I don't get it. It looks to me like all three of you won.
