The speech they're all talking about at Canada 150

Here's a link to Robert Fowler's speech to Liberals this morning. Quite a powerful punch; worth watching. If that whets your appetite to hear more from Mr. Fowler, I highly recommend Peter Mansbridge's One-on-One interview of last September  -- the best interview I've seen on TV in a long, long time.

Robert Fowler - written text would be far better. Nice guy but painful to listen to

Keep in mind always that it is one man's opinion only. Yes, well qualified but a perspective of a former civil servant; there are opposite opinions.

Keep in mind Fowler's passion is Africa. That's all he concerned about.

I have been trying to watch this video for three days. I can't seem to get past 10 minutes before it just stops. What gives?
