Not so fast

The Liberals have found a little loophole in their quick transition to a new leader, as  you can read in the Star or in Joan Bryden's piece in Canadian Press or on CBC's website. It also sets out the terms by which Liberals believe that someone can be interim leader. Here's the document that led us believe this...
