Here's a video snippet that's bound to turn up in the Toronto-Centre by-election, called this week for Nov. 25.
It's from an online discussion Liberals held in mid-September to highlight candidate Chrystia Freeland's new job as economic adviser to leader Justin Trudeau. At about the 3:00-minute mark, Freeland explains how, in the new economy, people end up doing jobs like their dad did. (Like, uh, maybe that guy sitting to the left of Freeland?)
"And that's not Canada," she says.
Hm. Wonder what Freeland's opponents in Toronto Centre might want to do with that video clip?
ht to David Akin for spotting what he called an "irony alert."
