Just got back from shootaround and, lo and behold, what did we see but Chris Bosh doing a little jump-shooting and low post work.
And he mentioned after that he was going to try to get some running work in before tonight's game in Denver, which can only be good news for the Raptors.
Don't expect to see him in uniform on this trip -- I still think the earliest he'll play is Wednesday at home against Miami -- but if there's no lingering pain after tonight's workout, there's a chance he'll do some more at practice tomorrow in Sacramento.
I know it's baby steps but at least it's steps and figured you'd all want to know. I'm just that kind of guy.
Not much else to report from over there this morning except that they are a tad concerned about what AI and Carmelo Anthony might do to them tonight, seeing how the Raptors can't really guard twos and threes any night and should be especially, um, challenged by two of the highest scorers in the league.
Here's what Sam had to say:
"They’ve got guys who can really score the basketball and they really push it in this building so we have to get back on defence, our halfcourt defence is going to have to be good, we’re going to have to try to make them play in the halfcourt.
"We’re going to try to play some zone … you’ve got to try to show ‘em bodies. Those guys are both getting to the free throw line double-digits apiece."
And that'd be about all there is to report. You're welcome, now off to write the first edition plugger, you lucky, lucky readers.

Thats great news for sure. Can't wait for Bosh to come back. That will get our team going for sure. I am looking forward to next week!

Doug thanks very much for the update on Chris. I think most Raps fans are very interested on how Chris's rehab is progressing.
