How do you know it wasn't a substitute chicken?

Blogger's note: I know my Chickens, you've just got to trust me on this one.

Doug,

I've gotta say that I agree with you in questioning Sam's decision to start Andrea at the 3 today. In addition to losing Barg's advantage against slower 4's and 5's and the possibility of picking up fouls at the defensive end, where is the offense going to to come from with the second unit? If you were Sam, would you have given Joey the start?

Looking forward to seeing (or rather reading about) how this one goes.

You can't teach Big.

Forgive me, I'm new to reading your blog. Why do you call the mascot The Chicken??

Blogger's note: Because all mascots, to me, are descendents of the original San Diego Chicken.
