A tad tardy today, just FYI

Late game, early flight, little sleep.

Not sure if I get the usual junk done before boarding; if not, I'll be back just after noon from the comfort of Casa Doug.

Let's just say this, though: That was an entirely different team, in almost every respect, with Jose at the helm.

no question about this being a very different team with jose. why do you think the fact that we had 2 starters (both huge components) missing seemed almost completely ignored during the latest round of losing? all those jose disrepectors: witness last night, and tell me again he's a starting point guard for only half the teams in the nba. this guy is a starter on ANY team that doesn't include chris paul, deron williams, and tony parker.

seeing jose out their, i felt so much more confident in the late stages of the game! if the marion trade goes through, i just can't wait to see what calderon can do for him. Rumors are that ben gordon is not happy with the staff of the bulls with that fine he got. do you think there is any possibility that gordon and hughes could come over for oneal? i think that trade would work out better. thanks doug!

I know you don't dabble in the fantasy stuff but kind of ironic that the miami trade might be held up because of Marion's wonky leg, no?
