The Goods On The Game, Vol. 48, Charlie V's back in town

Hey Doug,
I'm at a complete loss after tonight's game. I've been a season seat holder for quite a while and this literally might have been the worst game I've been to. I know they've been crushed before, but given the whole combination of expectations for the game / level of talent of the 2 teams, and so on, I don't know if I've been more frustrated after any game more than tonight's game in the past 4 years.
Can you give me a reason to keep supporting this team? If it didn't say Toronto on the front of their jerseys, is there really anything to like about them from an objective point of view? Soft, mentally weak, make the same mistakes all the time, never rise ot the occassion, etc.
I will continue to support them and never give up on the season, it just seems that they fold everytime we're hoping they will turn it around.
Give me some hope.

Doug has any one explained why Raps' bigs got into foul trouble against Nets, and Bosh's final non-call?
Somebody said that all officiating will be reviewed but I wonder guys like Stu Jackson really do so or care. At least they should revoke the Atlanta game in last season before anyone appeal.
It doesn't matter if someone steal us one (or two if Harris made the buzzer beater) game, but time is out for this season...may be also for NBA in Canada.
Is the chant "zebra suck..." real?

Never seen a player with 13 points in the first quarter playing only three minutes in the second (Bargnani). Without him offence was very bad and I think he grew angry and frustrated after staying so many minutes on the bench after such a performance, so when he finally came back he did many mistakes, and the best offensive weapon of Toronto tonight was shut down. Summarizing: when Andrea was ineffective, he was taken out from the game by Mitchell citing meritocracy and things like that, now that he is performing well he is taken out from the game as well (evidently now meritocracy has been substituted by the crude necessity to showcase O'Neal for the trade). In any case the song remains the same: he always plays less than he should. Look what portland did (and is doing) with his young players: they let them play a lot of time even at cost of losing matches and be ugly (past two years), now they are much improved and will probably make the playoff with an excellent record. Toronto behave differently: select a first pick and then never show any confidence or trust in him. No complain we are regressing instead than improving
