Listening to CBC play by play and they are SO inmpressed with Voshkul! Why?

Question:Why doesn't Triano like Pops?
If Bargnani is injured you start Voshkul? (I think Pops has more points in his time here than Voshkul all season!)

Does he make mistakes? Yes! Does he put forth an effort? Yes!Does he rebound (unlike the rest of the team!)? you see my point
Reward with a little playing time SVP!

Ugh. Anyone actually feel bad that they actually won this game? My god I'd actually think I would never think such a thing... but this Raptors squad just constantly teases. Can't wait until this season is over and done with. Its just not fair to us fans to endure this!

Thanks Doug. I like to come back and read your take even after the game is done.

I would have liked them to lose rest of the way. They get number 1 pick somehow, draft Griffin and trade Bosh for a 2 guard.

  • Doug Smith has been a sportswriter for more than 30 years, a journey that's included seven Olympic Games, numerous and varied championships and more dreary regular season games than he'd care to remember. Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
