This is unecessary. Waste of your time and ours. Stick to writing and blog. not everyone is meant to be in front of the camera. 2/10

Blogger's note: It's not a waste of my time at all; and I'm sorry if you think it's a waste of yours but there's a simple way to avoid wasting that time in the future, right?

It's not my business to comment on the previous post, but I can't help myself.

The worst thing about the internet is that it sometimes gives voice to guys like lowercase drew. In case you didn't get the drift, if you don't like it, don't watch it.

Hey Doug,

Though I think you do a great job with everything else....I do not find I'm receiving anything I haven't already read or heard in your blog or on TSN and sportsnets 18 channels. I don't think it's a waste of time like the above reader suggested, but I would in the future like to get some information that may not be available through the news media post shoot around. I however enjoy your Q & A's so maybe you could fish out a a pregame question of the day that you can elaborate on for Grunt TV. At least then it would keep things fresh...just a suggestion other than that I hope you had a chance to catch some Jazz music during your stay in New Orleans.

Cool Hand Luke

Hmm, that's funny... there must be something wrong with my computer... I didn't find this to be a waste of my time at all.

Doug....I did find this a waste of my time...thanks a lot for a 5 minute break at work on a Friday :) It was needed!

definitely NOT a waste of time!

I have that shirt and blue!

darn it...video is blocked here at work!

"Yes, He sees Marco as a tempo-changer with some defensive liabilities."

defensive liabilities and marco.....way off here....he is actually a good defender, don't think he gambles for steals.....(if anything, its bosh with defensive liabilities)

Blogger's note: No disrespect, but I'll take the opinion of an NBA coach who actually works with the guy over yours. But thanks

I can't even open the blog at work now, Not sure if it's grunt tv or the live chat, but it just freezes my browser. Am I expect to actually do work now?

Blogger's note: I certainly hope not. There has to be a friendly IT person who can on the QT, no?

Doug Smith's Sports Blog

  • Doug Smith has been a sportswriter for more than 30 years, a journey that's included seven Olympic Games, numerous and varied championships and more dreary regular season games than he'd care to remember. Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
