More Raptors news: No Bargnani

The Raptors starters are dropping like flies.

With Jose Calderon back in Toronto nursing a sore hip, the Raptors will face the Milwaukee Bucks in a short while without starting big man Andrea Bargnani.

A sore right ankle will keep the 7-footer out of his first game this season. No word yet on while will replace him in the lineup. Coach Jay Triano would have a couple of choices – Amir Johnson, who is a quicker, more mobile big man, or Rasho Nesterovic, who might be a bit more physical against Milwaukee’s Andrew Bogut.

Bargnani missed a chunk of Monday’s practice with the ankle trouble and it bothered him during parts of Tuesday’s win over Minnesota.

He tried to loosen up just a few minutes ago on the Bradley Center floor here in Milwaukee but the pain and lack of mobility cut his night short.

Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
