Free advice for Jay Triano. Jose, Turkoglu and Andrea shouldn't be on the floor at the same time for any extended period, particularly in a close game. All 3 are terrible/inconsistent defenders. Another thing, Jose is not very good without the ball in the frontcourt, when Turk brings it up, its like watching the Raps play 4 on 5. Jack is much better, and he provides a spark. Not saying Jack is a better PG generally, but he's better as a 2 guard, which is basically what the PG is becoming with Turkoglu on the floor. Andrea is not a typical 7 footer, and he can't be expected to be that guy. Need to make better use of his skills and not try to pigeon-hole him. He should be in a role closer to the one that Nowitzki plays in Dallas rather than a back to the basket 5 on the block. Johnson should be that guy.

My starting 5 (next man in):

Jose (Jack)
DeRozan (Marco)
Andrea (Turkoglu)
Bosh
Johnson (Evans, if he ever returns!)

Rasho and Wright/Weems would also get some minutes.

This team is in a big hole right now, and they seem to be regressing rather than progressing. Triano will have to show his true colours now, make the right changes and get the rotation tight. I think they have the players, the issue I'm seeing is one of use of personnel, and its killing them on the defensive end. If they want to make the playoffs, they need these games, home vs Washington, vs Charlotte.
