Still amazing how little love AMir gets game after game n Reggie is glorified. Give Reg his due but come on Doug only thing u talk about Amir is his silly fouls, So far Amir has scored in doubles in 4 games had a double double last nite in only 25 minutes no one else came close or has all pre season n Amir is only shooting 89% from the field uh huh can u say that about Reg or any one else. when is Triano going to wake up Amir makes one boo boo n is yanked in less than 3 minutes on the court. 7 yes 7 offensive reebies no one else ever comes close to his offensive skills n no one runs the court for finishinig off a fast break with a crowd rising slam dunk no one there eiter nuff said

  • Doug Smith has been a sportswriter for more than 30 years, a journey that's included seven Olympic Games, numerous and varied championships and more dreary regular season games than he'd care to remember. Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
