The best intentions beaten by the clock
Seriously, I was going to get up about 5 a.m. and try to get this all finished before the 6 a.m. trip to the airport for the quick flight over to Miami.
Except that I didn't and now I'm typing furiously at Orlando International and I'm not going to get done before I have to board, I don't imagine.
So the usual fun and frivolity will be a couple of hours late today. Forgive me.

Doug what do they say 'Hope for the best and expect the worst?" If you can get anything similar to 'in-between' sometimes that is better than what can be expected.
You are in Orlando, bummer. It would have been nice to have dinner with you. Let me know next time you are in town.

Since they won (Dallas - dream sequence) most fans are still sleeping off the night before. Have a great day in Miami and I hear the weather is very nice. If possible take a walk over by the Hard Rock and check out the boats.

c'mon Doug, be honest. you just can't believe that you're writing a story that the Raptors beat Magic at Orlando. :) Have a great day Doug.

I am sure meter that measures the angst in Raptorland is on the low side today...due to the results last night and i had to leave at halftime, i knew they'd win, when i couldn't watch......how long a flight is that 45 minutes??...time to do up and then undo the seatbelt....whats more astounding...Love's 30-30 or the fact that Beasely had 35 points, just being a smart-ass...a 30-30 is quite impressive....

Couldn't have been four people on the planet saw that one coming – that's why they suit up! And a great, great game it is. Cheers. Go Raps!
