Do you think this team will need to focus on scoring because they average as a team 80 points

Kleiza's line: 5-10, 2-5, +15. Gotta give credit when credit's due. He, Grey and Barbosa played pretty well today. Let's not kid outselves. The Raptors are EXPECTED to lose every game this season with the ossible expection of games against Washington and Cleveland. Hope people don't act offended or surprised by it.

ED is showing a Sophomore Super Slump and little inclination to shake it. Neither he nor any Rap named Johnson are playing at starting 5 level lately. Maybe a turn on the bench would do them some good. Assuming Bargs is still on the shelf, I might be inclined to start Jose, DeRoz, Forbes, Kleiza and Magloire. Cheers. Good luck waking 'em up, D Casey!

They are to be commended for tanking a la full mode. Hooray!

  • Doug Smith has been a sportswriter for more than 30 years, a journey that's included seven Olympic Games, numerous and varied championships and more dreary regular season games than he'd care to remember. Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
