Good Morning

Guess your take is the guys came to work, worked and went home. Hopefully sooner then later there will be a little more buzz around the team. Did not see the game but my impression is they are better then last year but still not a playoff team.

Hopefully the Chicken is in rounding into form :-)

With with new Star App ...the comments box doesn't drop down....(IGBT) and your you tube vids don't play.....everything was fine with the previous app....perhaps the tall foreheads can check it out..... cheers

Blogger's note: Will make sure Tall Foreheads know

thanks for the in-blog links, doug. I like being sent to other relevant sports articles - could make for an excellent addition to the IGBT for commercial breaks.

Blogger's note: We'll try it more often for sure, thanks

Scribble thingy that runs the in-game blog doesn't have a scroll bar. Can't seem to follow along using a touchscreen phone. Is this new or am i just remembering from last season?

Blogger's note: I honestly don't know but will ask Monday

Doug Smith's Sports Blog

  • Doug Smith has been a sportswriter for more than 30 years, a journey that's included seven Olympic Games, numerous and varied championships and more dreary regular season games than he'd care to remember. Here, he'll talk about them all, as well as current events and pop culture. (Just don’t ask him about music nowadays — it's not his cup of tea).
