As a stats nerd, I find it interesting that in both games vs the Knicks, Gay and Anthony's stats have pretty much mirrored each other. Last game, they both had terrible shooting nights. Tonight (so far, at least), they're again shooting pretty much the same percentage, both within one point of each other, etc. What this all means, I don't know, but I find it pretty interesting.

Gotta say my concerns are doing a fair bit of fading this week. First, bringing in Telfair is a relief. Bringing in Rudy Gay was neither a relief nor a concern – my concern was Kyle Lowry. He wasn't playing at last year's level, he wasn't really either facilitating or being an aggressive, heads-up scorer, along with too many turnovers. My worry was how much he'd help DeRoz and Rudy get going. Well, Kyle Lowry is just getting better every game – along with DeRoz and Rudy! Pretty cool. Cheers. Go Raps!

Doug, I tried to think of a question for the mail bag but it's like low odds to make the playoff, no draft picks, no cap flexibility and fans booing their own players. So we'll ride it out, hopefully play 500 to the end of the season and relax.
