Stephen Leacock's Canadian Idol connection

The new TV movie Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town, based on the book by Canadian humourist Stephen Leacock, has a veritable Who's Who of Canadian stars in the cast (check out my colleague Rob Salem's article here).

Of potential interest to Canadian reality TV fans is one Steffi DiDomenicantonio, who made the Top 10 in Season 4 of Canadian Idol.

Steffi D plays a character named Lila Drone in the movie, which airs Sunday at 8 p.m. on CBC.
