With the Duke and Duchess safe and sound back on their home turf, we can turn our attention to more pressing matters ... like when -- and who -- Prince Harry is going to marry.
There are more ups and downs in this royal's love life than the takeoffs and landings experienced by Kate and Will on the royal tour.
William Hill has odds of 6-4 that it is the new girlfriend, underwear modeal Florence Brudenell-Bruce (right), who will hold Harry's heart. “Our theory is that Harry will want to hold on to her," said a Hill spokesman.
However, the betting is still a reasonable 7-2 that Harry will get back with Chelsy Davy. That speculation is fuelled by some 'insider' reports from Perez Hilton that Harry will be spending a few weeks with Davy in her native South Africa later this year. And what about Pippa Middleton, you say? A longshot at 25-1.
Whoever the bride might finally be, the betting is it isn't going to happen soon. It's 12-1 for 2012, gradually working toward even odds for 2016.
If Brudenell-Bruce gets the ring in the end, it appears there will be no hard feelings from Brudenell-Bruce's former boyfriend, Formula 1 driver Jenson Button. Both men were chatting very friendly-like at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday. Harry came to offer his support to the English content in the race and spent a lot of time in the McLaren-Mercedes garage.
"I’ll be cheering on Jenson and Lewis Hamilton big time," said Harry.
Not big-time enough, apparently. Hamilton finished fourth and Jenson didn't even finish the race.
