RAPTORS GET NEW SOUND: The Toronto Raptors and CBC are pairing up to broadcast eight games in Punjabi, starting this Sunday afternoon. The CBC tried this last spring and obviously believes it can be as successful as its Punjabi hockey broadcasts. It's even using its Punjabi hockey announcers, Parminder Singh and Harnarayan Singh, to call the games.
