Celebrities and others at MuchMusic Video Awards
Here are the presenters just announced for the MMVAs, which take place June 15. I'm just copying them from the press release because I'm very busy and I don't have time to offer any value judgements. I want to, but I just can't squeeze it in.
Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl), Sum 41 (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Whitney Port (The Hills), Finger Eleven (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Brody Jenner (The Hills), Sam Roberts (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Melanie C (Spice Girls), City and Colour (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Rainn Wilson (The Rocker, The Office), Bedouin Soundclash (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Kristin Cavallari (Laguna Beach), Theory of a Deadman (Multiple MMVAs Nominee), Kal Penn (Harold & Kumar, House), The Trews (2008 MMVAs Nominee), Jesse McCartney (2006 Kids Choice Award Winner, Favourite Male Singer), Belly (2008 MMVAs Nominee) and Perez Hilton (gossip blogger).
"stars" from The Hills and Laguna Beach will be presenting at the MMVAs? Who ARE these people??? Bedouin Soundclash and any others actually associated with music must be giggling their ****** off at the prospect.
With all respect to actual performers and actual personalities that may be attending next sunday, my friends and I will be far far away from any event attended by Brody, Kristin, and Perez.
Too bad, it would have been cool to see Kal Penn.
